-How It Works (New Websites)

You call us to arrange a FREE consultation
- We can work out a plan over the telephone, but it is preferable that you meet with one or two of our representatives, enabling you to illustrate your ideas in person
- WE COME TO YOU; no need to drive to our location.
- At the consultation, you provide us with information regarding what you want on your website. We will provide information regarding our services, and a price quote
- It is best to gather all of your materials and ideas before a consultation to ensure smooth and full expression of your ideas and needs
- You can decide to proceed to the next level of development after the consultation, or over the phone at a later time; we retain our notes taken at the consultation for 90 days.
If you decide to proceed with the development process, we will begin work immedietly upon receipt of approximately 50% of the price quote
- We may ask for you to send us required materials and information during the process
- We may also ask to meet with you when we run into a development issue
- Hours are logged in a handwritten notebook, and then typed into a web page format, which you can view at an address that will be given to you
- Logs are viewable from YOUR computer, at ANY time. You will also have access to the website as it is being constructed
When the website is near completion, we put up a BETA site

When the site is completed, the BETA site will be removed from the web, and a final site will be uploaded to the internet, upon receipt of full payment

The second and final construction payment may differ from the initial payment based on differences from the original price quote; Remember, you can always view the log from your home computer as the site gets built to see where you are at regarding time and cost

If you want to enroll in our website management package we will ask you for a 1 hour advance
- Whenever you need an update, you can contact us with your needs, and we will deduct from your credit as we work on your website, until we ask you for another advance
- The online log will remain a way for you to track our progress
